The company remains privately held and family-owned across three generations: G.W.'s son Dick Haworth, who invented the ERA-1 pre-wired panel system in the 1970s and served as chairman from 1994, passed leadership to his son Matthew Haworth in 2009. Headquartered at One Haworth Center in Holland, Michigan, a LEED-NC Gold certified facility, Haworth reports more than 8,000 employees, operations in over 150 countries, and global sales exceeding $2.5 billion in 2022.
